Please let us know if there is anything wrong with your order. For all return and exchange enquiries, please send an email with your name, order number and the details of your query to sales@koregripsocks.com

We cherish our brand and implement quality checks into every stage of the design and creation process. We replace any defective products. Please note that this does not include general wear and tear. 

WHICH ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

Items purchased in the last 14 days.

They must be unworn and unaltered. With the packaging still attached. Postage is not refundable.

Our refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

For exchanges the cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed. Shipping of the exchanged items is at the customer's expense. 

WHICH ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE?

Clearance / Sale Items. This includes any product that is purchased on a sale event.
